TL;DR
Senior Program Manager (IoT): Leading the delivery of the next-generation connected device portfolio with an accent on hardware engineering, mobile connectivity, and cloud integration. Focus on optimizing connectivity architecture, managing COGS, and aligning technical execution with SaaS monetization goals.
Location: Flexible work setup (Remote or Danish hubs: Copenhagen, Kolding, Aalborg). Some travel to customers and HQ in Denmark is expected.

What you will do
- Lead complex cross-functional IoT device programs from early concept to scaled deployment.
- Define product strategy, roadmaps, and value propositions aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineering on cellular connectivity (LTE, 5G, eSIM), hardware platforms, and embedded systems.
- Own COGS evolution, margin development, and partner with pricing teams to shape market positioning.
- Align device capabilities with SaaS monetization models to drive MRR and ARPU growth.
- Mobilize engineering, product, marketing, and sales teams for crisp go-to-market execution.
Requirements
- Significant experience in IoT device programs, hardware products, or connected systems.
- Strong background in mobile connectivity, including carrier environments, modules, certifications, and eSIM strategies.
- Proven ability to deliver complex hardware-software integrated products to market.
- Solid understanding of embedded systems and device lifecycle management.
- Experience leading cross-functional engineering teams without direct authority.
- Must be based in Denmark or able to work from Danish hubs.
