What you will do
- Own the delivery of cross-functional programs including AI transformation, platform migration, and compliance governance.
- Establish program governance with clear owners, dependency tracking, and progress reporting for senior leadership.
- Coordinate across Product Management, Platform, and Application Engineering to resolve dependencies.
- Contribute to the PD Management System to make risks and decisions visible to stakeholders.
- Partner with Change & Organizational Development to implement shifts in ways of working.
- Help define the standards, tools, and operating models for the Strategic Program Management capability.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in program or project management within a technology or product development organization.
- Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder engagement.
- Experience in both structured program governance and delivery-focused project execution.
- Familiarity with engineering tooling environments and technical platform migrations.
- Must be based in or able to commute to the Copenhagen office for hybrid work.
- Degree in business, engineering, or computer science; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Nice to have
- Exposure to AI strategy, AI-enabled workflows, or SDLC transformation.
- Experience with compliance-related programs such as GDPR, RoPA, or ERM.
