What you will do

• Build the Strategic Programme Management capability from the ground up, including operating models, standards, and tools.
• Hire and develop a team of 2 to 3 programme and project managers to scale the function.
• Personally lead and drive accountability for high-impact, cross-functional product development initiatives.
• Partner with the VP of Strategy & Transformation to define and execute the overall product development agenda.
• Establish governance structures, including clear ownership, dependency management, and progress reporting for senior leadership.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Platform, and Application Engineering to resolve cross-functional trade-offs.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in transformation, programme leadership, strategy, or chief-of-staff roles.
• Proven track record of building or scaling a programme management capability from scratch.
• Hands-on delivery experience with complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Strong people leadership skills with a history of attracting and developing high-calibre talent.
• Experience designing governance and operating models for senior leadership.
• Ability to present effectively at senior governing forums such as ExCo.
