What you will do

• Wear sensor suits to perform precise physical movements like walking, lifting, and reaching for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Follow strict Ground Truth movement protocols to ensure high-quality data collection.
• Manage equipment setup, shutdown, and report hardware issues to the team lead.
• Flag bugs and provide daily feedback to improve the data collection process.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and ergonomic workspace while meeting daily data targets.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to different work sites around the Bay Area.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical motions for 8+ hours per shift.
• Excellent physical coordination, spatial awareness, and sustained focus.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice to have

• Technical or hands-on background in electronics, mechanics, or fabrication.
