Location: Remote, but must reside in one of the approved hiring hubs: DC/Maryland/Virginia, Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill (NC), Denver/Colorado Springs (CO), or Dallas/Fort Worth (TX)

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution of direct customer platform integrations and deployments.
• Onboard customer applications into GameWarden for security scanning and deployment configuration.
• Configure and execute customer deployments within cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Install and prepare on-premises hardware with secure OS and Kubernetes.
• Act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) during customer-facing engagements.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align roadmaps with customer demand signals.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret / SCI eligible security clearance (Active TS/SCI strongly preferred).
• Must reside in one of the specified approved hiring hubs.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Proficiency in Linux installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Mid to Senior-level experience in software engineering, sales engineering, or technical product management.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in federal or government-facing solutions architect roles.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise SaaS customers.
• Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+.
• Familiarity with Talos Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Istio, Git, GitLab, or Terraform.
