What you will do
- Partner with Compliance and Law to maintain a comprehensive inventory of regulatory obligations for the IT organization.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure timely evidence collection for compliance reviews.
- Develop and maintain centralized repositories for all regulatory compliance artifacts.
- Monitor compliance status and provide reporting to senior leadership and risk management teams.
- Align controls to regulatory requirements within the eGRC tool to ensure accurate reporting.
- Identify and escalate barriers to leadership to minimize delays in compliance processes.
Requirements
- Must be based in Boston, MA, Springfield, MA, or New York, NY.
- 2+ years of experience in risk management or regulatory compliance.
- 2+ years of experience implementing metrics to track status and identify trends.
- 2+ years of experience working in an enterprise GRC platform.
- Proficiency with Excel import/export functions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, or business.
- Experience with SharePoint and related compliance tools.
- Knowledge of Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and Data/AI processes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
