What you will do

• Provide cybersecurity and privacy subject matter expertise for enterprise IT initiatives and modernization programs.
• Identify, analyze, and track security and compliance risks across products and operational activities.
• Advise on enterprise identity, access management, and authorization controls.
• Contribute to governance reviews, technical assessments, and decision support for cybersecurity initiatives.
• Support alignment of program activities with federal security frameworks like FISMA, NIST, and FICAM.
• Coordinate with architecture and operational teams to integrate security considerations into planning and oversight.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, IT, or engineering.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in federal cybersecurity, enterprise security, or risk management.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience applying federal security standards (FISMA, NIST, FICAM).
• Must hold CISSP, CISM, CAP, or equivalent certification.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity with onsite presence in Baltimore, Maryland.
