What you will do

• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video modalities using in-house tools.
• Follow strict guidelines and KPIs to support the responsible development and deployment of AI.
• Analyze root causes of errors, identify patterns, and propose solutions to improve labeling output.
• Identify operational and process issues within Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and suggest improvements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer privacy and data security.
• Provide operational support to clarify internal queries during task execution.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (CEFR C1+ or equivalent).
• Proficiency in English (CEFR C1+ written and spoken).
• Associate’s Degree or related professional work experience.
• Strong business writing skills for creating reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with project coordination or management.
• Capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
