What you will do

• Label, rank, and audit human- and model-generated text to improve safety, quality, and policy alignment.
• Assess model outputs against detailed safety guidelines and rubrics, making decisions on sensitive and ambiguous cases.
• Create realistic prompts and adversarial examples to uncover unsafe or policy-inconsistent model responses.
• Identify annotation inconsistencies and provide actionable feedback on edge cases and model failures.
• Execute tasks independently within a globally distributed, asynchronous team environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada or the United States.
• 1+ years of experience in Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, AI data annotation, or LLM evaluation.
• Emotional resilience: Comfort working with explicit, toxic, or psychologically disturbing content (NSFW).
• Excellent command of written English and the ability to clearly justify content evaluations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistency across high-volume tasks.
