Customer Support specialist (LLM content verification)
 
Salary is up to 2000 usd gross

REMOTE, full-time, long termed, b2b contract, location of the candidate and legal entity, bank account of the candidate – outside of Russia, Belarus and Turkey
 

 
You'll review AI-drafted customer replies against a structured rubric, grade them across several quality dimensions, and rewrite the ones that miss. Your judgments improve the system directly — good reviewing raises the quality bar for every merchant on the platform.
This is detailed, high-judgment work. You'll read a lot of real customer conversations and make consistent calls under a defined rubric.
 
What you'll do
Read each customer message and its full context — the post or conversation it responds to, prior history, and any retrieved knowledge — before judging the AI's reply
Grade replies across dimensions like accuracy, tone, channel fit, and whether they actually resolve the issue
Distinguish where the pipeline broke from what was wrong with the output — they're different questions
Rewrite weak replies, and the reasoning behind them, to a shippable standard
Leave clear, concise notes others can act on
Apply the rubric consistently across high volume
 
You're a fit if you
Write clearly and correctly in English — this is the core skill (C1+ level)
B2 spoken English
Prior Сustomer Experience or support-agent experience
Have a feel for good customer support: right tone, concise, genuinely resolves the problem
Can follow a precise, multi-step rubric without cutting corners
Stay consistent and focused across repetitive evaluation work
Are comfortable with e-commerce / Shopify-style support contexts
US market experience
Familiarity with social channels (Instagram/Facebook comments and DMs)
Experience with AI/LLM evaluation, annotation, or QA
