What you will do

• Label and evaluate data across multiple modalities (text, speech, audio, image, and video) using provided guidelines.
• Generate high-quality human insight data and make logical judgments when information is ambiguous or incomplete.
• Analyze root causes and identify error patterns to improve labeling quality and output consistency.
• Spot day-to-day operational issues in SOPs and tools, and propose changes to unblock execution.
• Provide floor support by clarifying internal queries during task execution as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and follow all applicable policies for securing confidential information.

Requirements

• Language: Arabic fluency in written and spoken form.
• English: Good knowledge in both spoken and written English.
• Strong business writing skills to create reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension to analyze complex business documents and follow detailed instructions.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Proven research skills for gathering and synthesizing information from multiple sources.

Nice to have

• 1+ years of project coordination experience.
• Experience with stakeholder management and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
