What you will do

• Define and scale the paid channel mix across search, social, and programmatic to drive revenue growth.
• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including setup, tracking, and continuous performance optimization.
• Lead and govern agency relationships to ensure accountability, transparency, and testing discipline.
• Implement AI-driven workflows and automation to build a data-driven performance engine.
• Drive experimentation and scale new emerging channels based on incremental value.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing (agency experience is highly favored).
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Social platforms, Display, and Programmatic.
• Fluency in both English and Italian is required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in digital marketing or related fields.
• Must be based in or able to work from Milan, Italy.
