What you will do

• Coordinate team schedules and maintain consistent staffing levels within the community.
• Support care plan management and ensure accurate documentation and billing processes.
• Provide direct, person-centered care to residents to enhance their independence and well-being.
• Partner with the Independent Living team and leadership to respond to changing resident needs.
• Collaborate with families and team members to deliver high-quality services.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Personal Support Specialist (PSS) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
