What you will do

• Own social media strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
• Create, edit, and host short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) acting as the on-camera face of the brand.
• Manage influencer collaborations, from identification to tracking ROI and bookings.
• Plan and coordinate professional photo and video shoots.
• Analyze performance metrics to iterate on content strategy and drive growth.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design and marketing teams across various business verticals.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in growing social channels and influencer marketing.
• Must be comfortable and confident being on camera as a host/presenter.
• Proficiency in hands-on video editing for TikTok and Reels.
• Strong storytelling and creative copywriting skills.
• Cultural fluency in the UAE.
• Experience in coordinating photo and video shoots.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer, lifestyle, or healthcare industries.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
