What you will do

• Design multi-turn dialogue flows for text and voice agents with context awareness and memory handling.
• Create and iterate on multilingual prompt strategies and reusable templates to accelerate development.
• Analyze live interactions and simulations to identify and fix hallucinations, tone issues, and token inefficiency.
• Collaborate with product managers on requirements and work with engineers to integrate prompts within technical constraints.
• Maintain a prompt library and version history to ensure a unified experience across multiple agents.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing multi-turn conversational systems like chatbots or voice assistants.
• Strong proficiency in prompt engineering techniques (few-shot, chain-of-thought, RAG pipelines).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic) and frameworks such as LangChain.
• Basic programming skills in Python for prototyping and testing prompts.
• Must be based in Austin, TX for a hybrid work setup.
• Excellent writing and linguistic skills with a focus on tone and clarity.
