What you will do

• Create high-quality, social-first video and imagery showcasing homes, developments, and communities.
• Travel across the UK to capture real-time on-site content, including amenities and customer lifestyle moments.
• Produce and edit short-form videos optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Collaborate with an external social media agency on content planning, strategy, and performance review.
• Write engaging captions and short-form copy for social media channels.
• Maintain an organized content library and ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content creation or social-first roles, ideally within property or lifestyle brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video and photography for social media.
• Proficiency in video editing and short-form content production.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the UK (company car provided).
• Confidence being in front of the camera and delivering voiceovers.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform best practices.
