What you will do

• Advise and institute best practices for clients in the application of hirify.global products.
• Consult with end-users on day-to-day operations, including financial reporting and accounting.
• Serve as a knowledge expert and primary escalation point for application-specific issues.
• Perform business process reviews to identify inefficiencies and recommend productivity gains.
• Manage software integrations, maintenance, and updates in collaboration with clients.
• Collaborate with internal analysts, designers, and programmers to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Math, Computer/Engineering Sciences or equivalent industry experience.
• hirify.global domain experience or demonstrated ability to resolve hirify.global client requests.
• Strong understanding of the property management industry and accounting practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Cloud Services, development, and escalation teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with HTML and Cloud Services.
• Competence in relational databases and SQL.
• Ability to configure and manage networks and peripherals.
