What you will do

• Conduct research, prepare reports, and manage executive correspondence and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain policies, SOPs, guidance, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and vouchers for government staff via organizational systems.
• Write, edit, and synthesize memos, spreadsheets, and talking points for senior leadership.
• Manage records and archives in accordance with agency policy and compliance requirements.
• Facilitate working sessions and organize briefing materials for government approval.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have DHS Suitability and Top-Secret w/SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote) and SharePoint.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to produce synopses for broad audiences.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize demands in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Power BI and Visio.
• Background in policy related to cybersecurity and supply chain.
