Salary: $24.00/hour total ($20.00 base + $4.00 shift premium) plus $4,000 sign-on bonus

What you will do

• Assemble outdoor power equipment using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Operate machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strictly adhere to standard work instructions to ensure product quality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Perform effective problem-solving on the assembly line to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours per day.
• Capability to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies.
• Manual dexterity to accurately position parts in place.
• Commitment to wearing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
