What you will do

• Own the technical integration layer for carrier label generation, courier requests, and tracking ingestion.
• Reduce integration error rates to zero by identifying failure patterns and collaborating with engineering.
• Lead end-to-end integrations of new carriers, including documentation review and rollout sequencing.
• Build and maintain tracking data infrastructure to ensure coverage and latency standards.
• Develop carrier performance reporting (transit times, loss rates) to support business negotiations.
• Act as the bridge between internal teams regarding data ownership and pipeline health.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Experience in logistics, shipping, fulfillment, or API-heavy products.
• Proven track record of building technical internal products or data pipelines.
• Strong technical ability to discuss APIs, webhooks, and backend data flows.
• Data-driven mindset with experience monitoring operational metrics like latency and error rates.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to work on-site in Vilnius, Lithuania

Nice to have

• SQL proficiency for querying integration logs and tracking event data.
• Experience with webhook or polling-based tracking systems.
• Familiarity with EU cross-border carrier networks.
