What you will do

• Own problems by talking directly with restaurant operators, identifying friction, and defining what to build next.
• Go end-to-end: design the experience, architect the system, write the code, and deliver the outcome to production.
• Use AI to accelerate development and drive product excellence.
• Shape product direction by influencing roadmap decisions based on customer needs.
• Maintain high engineering and UX craft with clean, maintainable code and intuitive, beautiful interfaces.
• Iterate with users in real time by building relationships with operators and incorporating feedback.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building and shipping software products.
• Strong TypeScript experience, comfortable across frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, MongoDB).
• AI-native working style: use AI tools to move faster, write better code, and explore solutions.
• Proven track record of shipping end-to-end work from insight to production.
• Genuine customer empathy, including direct user conversations (not only support-ticket review).
• Experience in a product-focused startup or high-growth technology company.
