What you will do

• Manage the 3-6 month acceleration program lifecycle, including startup intake, mentor matching, and final batch analysis.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate stakeholders, startups, VCs, and mentors to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Lead the end-to-end design and execution of signature innovation events, managing budgets, vendor networks, and logistics.
• Develop community engagement strategies through brand-compliant newsletters, social media, and content creation.
• Identify target companies and manage the business development pipeline to maximize occupancy and pricing.
• Negotiate lease contracts and manage all necessary paperwork for startup tenants.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, program management, or process improvement.
• Experience organizing both in-person and virtual events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Kissimmee, Florida.
