What you will do

• Conduct in-depth legal research to interpret laws and regulations for internal stakeholders.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating corporate agreements.
• Coordinate with external advisors, regulatory authorities, and local councils.
• Prepare document packages for new license applications and maintain existing licenses.
• Develop internal policies and procedures to optimize legal workflows.
• Perform KYC and Due Diligence checks on business partners to mitigate corporate risk.

Requirements

• BSc/BA degree in Law.
• At least 3 years of experience in a software development company (strong preference for iGaming).
• Hands-on expertise in licensing, audit processes, and contract negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal command of English.
• Ability to multi-task and operate efficiently in a deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian language.
