What you will do

• Proactively source and headhunt top-tier candidates from the aerospace industry using LinkedIn, niche communities, and alumni networks.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
• Partner with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies, job descriptions, and structured interview processes.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, university programs, and online events to enhance employer branding.
• Analyze market trends, compensation data, and competitor movements within the aerospace, defense, and emerging tech sectors.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience specifically within the Aerospace industry.
• Proven track record of in-house recruitment and successfully headhunting rare or passive candidates.
• Strong technical understanding of spacecraft systems, propulsion, GNC, and flight software engineering roles.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bordeaux, France.
• Ability to advise hiring teams on EU aerospace recruitment benchmarks and skill availability.
