What you will do

  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for all workplace operations.
  • Manage essential services including security, cleaning, waste management, catering, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate meeting room schedules and support the planning of onsite events.
  • Collaborate with property management and third-party vendors to maintain workplace standards.
  • Provide a professional welcoming experience for VIP visits and guests.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance the employee experience.

Requirements

  • Up to 2 years of experience in facilities coordination, workplace operations, or office administration.
  • Must be based in Sydney, Australia for this in-office part-time role.
  • Strong customer service mindset and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting a global organization or distributed workforce.
  • Proven experience in managing vendor relationships.
  • Familiarity with workplace health, safety, and compliance practices.
  • Experience supporting executive or VIP visitors.
