What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for strategic product areas to drive customer value and long-term growth.
• Lead end-to-end development of AI-powered products in close partnership with Engineering, AI, and Design.
• Utilize customer insights, product metrics, and experimentation to prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Align cross-functional teams around a shared vision and navigate technical and business trade-offs.
• Continuously improve product quality and execution while fostering a culture of ownership and high standards.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in Malaysia.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a leading tech, AI, or high-growth fintech company.
• Proven track record of defining product strategy and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong technical judgment and ability to navigate technical trade-offs with Engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical skills, using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills to influence across functions.
