What you will do
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
- Translate market insights and customer needs into clear user stories, epics, and backlog items.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with strategic goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint reviews.
Requirements
- Must be based in Malaysia
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- 2-3 years of experience in a product-focused role with ownership of strategy and delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management.
- Experience in B2B environments, preferably within FinTech or Financial Services.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML products.
- Strong background in data analysis and AI fundamentals.
- Experience delivering product launches and enhancements.
