What you will do

• Liaise between commercial business stakeholders, regional teams, and global product teams to consolidate feedback and refine feature requests.
• Develop data-driven business cases with defined problem statements and success metrics for product leadership prioritization.
• Lead the cross-functional orchestration of product rollouts involving finance, legal, PR, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across diverse geographies and cultures.
• Create and maintain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials to ensure smooth adoption.
• Track and report on rollout performance and adoption rates.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in product operations, commercial programme management, or product-related roles.
• Experience working within a multi-region or global company.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations.
• Proven ability to manage complex product deployments and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for matrixed environments.
• Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for on-site work.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of vendor operational excellence and order fulfillment for 2-sided marketplace platforms.
• Previous experience working with restaurants, delivery, logistics, or hospitality partners.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
