Product Manager - Software

What you will do

• Act as a liaison between vendors and the organization.
• Provide consultative support and implement, drive, and maintain vendor programs.
• Coordinate vendor-related marketing and training activities.
• Review and negotiate vendor contract terms and manage day-to-day vendor communications.
• Build positive vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Research invoice and contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree or additional experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years of functional experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a position-specific role.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and exercise judgment within established procedures.
• Experience handling moderate to complex projects and resolving difficult or complex issues.
• General proficiency with the tools, systems, and procedures required for the role.
