What you will do

• Coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and contracted services across customer sites.
• Schedule rollouts and process business-as-usual requests, including reschedules and cancellations.
• Create and manage work orders while ensuring compliance with strict SLA timelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to enable timely and accurate deployment.
• Utilize rollout management tools such as D-1, GLO, QuickBase, and Access to track success.
• Identify and escalate routine problems while proposing potential resolutions.

Requirements

• Experience in coordinating technical deployments, installations, or similar operational logistics.
• Ability to manage complex schedules and adhere to SLA requirements.
• Strong communication skills for customer-facing coordination and vendor management.
• Proficiency in using project tracking and rollout management software.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
