What you will do
- Coordinate the delivery and installation of equipment and contracted services across customer sites.
- Schedule rollouts and process business-as-usual requests, including reschedules and cancellations.
- Create and manage work orders while ensuring compliance with strict SLA timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to enable timely and accurate deployment.
- Utilize rollout management tools such as D-1, GLO, QuickBase, and Access to track success.
- Identify and escalate routine problems while proposing potential resolutions.
Requirements
- Experience in coordinating technical deployments, installations, or similar operational logistics.
- Ability to manage complex schedules and adhere to SLA requirements.
- Strong communication skills for customer-facing coordination and vendor management.
- Proficiency in using project tracking and rollout management software.
- Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia
