Hub Engagement Manager (Humanitarian)

What you will do

• Lead the coordination and implementation of the FAGI grant to ensure timely delivery against workplans and budgets.
• Proactively engage with NGOs, UN agencies, and private sector partners to foster collaboration and information sharing.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial reporting aligns with donor requirements and program progress.
• Develop and execute an effective communication strategy for the Humanitarian Hub and FAGI project.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day donor communication and quality assurance of reports.
• Identify opportunities for synergies and process streamlining to maximize project impact.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the humanitarian or development sector.
• Legal right to live and work in Switzerland.
• Advanced university degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in grants management, donor reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong networking and representational skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar project management software.
• Experience in monitoring and evaluation, including logical frameworks.
