What you will do

• Lead complex engineering projects from initiation to completion, managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop integrated project plans and performance baselines to optimize execution and resource utilization.
• Monitor project finances, risks, and scope changes to ensure profitability and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate engagement between customers, suppliers, and internal project teams to align expectations.
• Ensure technical integrity and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage procurement and supplier coordination to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Proven experience managing technology projects in manufacturing, defence, or aerospace.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and coordinating cross-functional resources.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as SAP, MS Project, or Qmuzik.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and engineering lifecycle principles.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Pretoria, South Africa.
