What you will do

• Assist in workshops with business stakeholders to develop detailed functional requirements.
• Produce documentation including functional specifications, business process flows, use cases, user stories, and data mappings.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to support testing activities.
• Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure project alignment.
• Interpret business requirements to deliver clear and actionable technical specifications.
• Maintain relationship management with business stakeholders to ensure requirement accuracy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Engineering, or relevant fields.
• Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for documenting complex requirements.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure industry with strict deadlines.
