Learning Design Intern

Location: Hybrid, based at the headquarters in Amsterdam with office attendance 2–3 times per week. The internship starts in December 2026, lasts at least 5–6 months, and requires enrollment at an EU university or school for the entire duration.

hirify.global is a hospitality company combining hotels, student accommodation, long- and short-stay options, gyms, events, coworking spaces, restaurants, and community facilities across Europe.

What you will do

• Design learning content for digital platforms, videos, print tools, e-learning modules, and internal campaigns.
• Support the creation and launch of in-person training programs, onboarding materials, handouts, toolkits, and workshops.
• Write clear and engaging copy for training materials, presentations, and learning sessions.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create digital learning experiences in the Sana Learning Management System.
• Manage users, prepare reports, coordinate stakeholders, and support the delivery of learning programs.
• Research learning trends and tools, contribute to brainstorming, and take ownership of individual projects.

Requirements

• Currently studying Psychology, Human-Centered Design, Hospitality Management, Communications, Education, or a related subject.
• Creative visual and written storytelling skills with an interest in how people learn.
• Proactive, organized, curious, and willing to experiment with new formats.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Must remain enrolled at an EU university or school for the full internship period.
• Must be able to attend the Amsterdam office 2–3 times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Sana, Canva, Articulate, or Photoshop.
• Knowledge of additional languages.
