Training Professional (Automotive): Delivering and developing automotive training courses for body shop professionals in the Netherlands with an accent on knowledge transfer, training content, and customer satisfaction. Location: Utrecht, Netherlands; virtual role with travel to various locations in the Netherlands to deliver on-site courses.

What you will do
- Deliver high-quality automotive training courses both remotely and on-site.
- Develop and update presentations, handouts, and other training materials.
- Identify training needs, design programs, and coordinate training schedules with the training team.
- Evaluate participant performance, provide feedback, and improve training methodologies.
- Monitor training effectiveness, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Support Sales and Professional Services activities, including customer migrations and training opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience delivering automotive training to participants at different levels.
- Strong knowledge of automotive standards and processes, particularly in the body shop segment.
- Excellent presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to create training content and presentations and use virtual training platforms.
- Strong organization, time management, adaptability, and customer focus.
- Proficiency in the local language is required; strong English communication skills are highly desirable.
Nice to have
- Experience in collision repair or a related automotive field.
- Knowledge of current automotive industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
