Senior Aseptic Cleanroom Training & Excellence Specialist (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Fully site-based in Geleen, Netherlands. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families.

Salary: €60,750–€85,050 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Administer and continuously improve the aseptic behavior certification program for manufacturing, cleaning, and facilities employees.
• Conduct Gemba walks and hands-on observations in classified manufacturing areas to reinforce gowning, aseptic techniques, and compliant behaviors.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees on contamination control, low bioburden, line clearance, cleaning, manufacturing runs, and interventions.
• Monitor Aseptic Process Simulations, media fills, commercial manufacturing activities, and smoke studies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and deliver GMP training modules focused on aseptic behavior and contamination control.
• Support investigations into microbial contamination and related CAPAs, focusing on human factors and employee behaviors.

Requirements

• Experience delivering training, coaching, or qualification programs in a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.
• Significant experience in sterile or aseptic manufacturing, with strong knowledge of contamination control and aseptic techniques.
• Strong working knowledge of current GMP, aseptic processing principles, and classified manufacturing environments.
• Ability to work hands-on in manufacturing areas and coach employees across functions and levels.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A relevant scientific, technical, pharmaceutical, or life sciences qualification is beneficial; equivalent practical experience is also considered.

Nice to have

• Experience with Aseptic Process Simulations, media fills, smoke studies, garment monitoring, microbial contamination investigations, or CAPAs.
