What you will do
- Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline and leading contract negotiations.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and marketing leaders as a trusted advisor.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Key Accounts to demonstrate ROI and offer customized strategies.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value driven by .
- Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product enhancements based on feedback and market intelligence.
- Develop and execute tailored success plans to accelerate time to value and ensure immediate impact.
Requirements
- 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, focusing on enterprise customers.
- Experience in the MarTech or SaaS space.
- Native German speaker.
- Proven track record in pipeline management and building relationships with senior leadership.
- Understanding of digital marketing technologies such as SEO, SEM, CRM, and analytics.
- Based in London.
