What you will do

  • Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing the renewal pipeline and leading contract negotiations.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and marketing leaders as a trusted advisor.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Key Accounts to demonstrate ROI and offer customized strategies.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to link marketing workflows to the business value driven by hirify.global.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for product enhancements based on feedback and market intelligence.
  • Develop and execute tailored success plans to accelerate time to value and ensure immediate impact.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management, focusing on enterprise customers.
  • Experience in the MarTech or SaaS space.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Proven track record in pipeline management and building relationships with senior leadership.
  • Understanding of digital marketing technologies such as SEO, SEM, CRM, and analytics.
  • Based in London.
