TL;DR

Manager, Customer Success (SEO/SaaS): Leading and growing a team of Customer Success Managers to drive impact for enterprise customers with an accent on coaching, analytical expertise, and strategic customer experiences. Location: On-site in Cleveland, Ohio

Salary: $90,000 - $140,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Lead, hire, and develop a team of Customer Success Managers.
  • Coach the team to guide customers through implementation, adoption, and ongoing SEO support.
  • Oversee customer success programs and review account strategies to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Track and drive KPIs related to adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to integrate customer insights into the product.
  • Provide hands-on support for complex customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • 3+ years of experience managing teams.
  • Background in digital marketing, SEO, or analytics, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop talent and build high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
