What you will do

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Quality Management requirements.
• Translate business requirements into SAP QM configuration and functional solutions.
• Configure and test SAP QM functionalities and support integration with PP, MM, EWM, PM, and SD.
• Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS) and support technical teams during development.
• Manage master data preparation, migration, and quality-related data validation.
• Participate in end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SAP QM consulting experience.
• Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) configuration and support.
• Fluent German (spoken and written).
• Professional English communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Mainz, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM.
• Background in pharmaceutical, life sciences, manufacturing, or chemical regulated industries.
• Knowledge of batch management and traceability processes.
• Previous experience working in international project environments.
