Lead Learning Experience Designer (Education): Leading the design, development, and implementation of learning experiences across campus portfolios with an accent on alignment with the Learning Model and institutional quality. Focus on translating central learning architecture into practical student experiences and enabling faculty through pedagogical coaching.

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design and development of curriculum structures, learning journeys, session designs, and assessments.
- Apply pedagogical standards to ensure all programmes are skills-driven, experiential, and mission-aligned.
- Act as the connective tissue between Product, Architecture, Innovation, and Measurement teams to drive system alignment.
- Partner with Academic Directors, Deans, and Faculty to ensure institutional coherence across programmes.
- Provide coaching and implementation support to faculty on pedagogy, assessment, and learning technologies.
- Monitor implementation quality and support contextual adaptation across various modalities.
Requirements
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Learning Design, or 5-7+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven track record in systems thinking, process design, and operational leadership.
- Experience designing scalable frameworks and leading cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Must be based in or able to work from Rwanda or Mauritius.
Nice to have
- Terminal degree in learning systems, educational standards, or curriculum development.
- Experience in Higher Education, particularly within the African context.
- Familiarity with blended/online learning and accreditation/QA regulations.
- Background in innovative or non-traditional education models.
