What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end instructional design projects from initial discovery and needs analysis to implementation.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective learning solutions.
  • Design engaging e-learning courses, presentations, facilitator guides, and digital materials.
  • Create learner-centered content using established instructional design methodologies and best practices.
  • Develop visual concepts and learning assets using professional design and authoring tools.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex technical topics into engaging content.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Technologies
  • Hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline
  • Proficiency with graphic design tools
  • Experience designing and developing digital learning content.
  • Strong instructional design skills with high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
