What you will do

• Lead the product roadmap and strategic evolution of the Checkout solution to align customer needs with business priorities.
• Define and analyze key product metrics and KPIs to guide data-driven prioritization.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data, and Marketing teams to deliver high-impact improvements.
• Optimize user journeys to increase engagement and improve conversion rates.
• Translate customer feedback and market trends into actionable product initiatives.
• Communicate product vision and roadmap updates to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager focused on digital products and user journeys.
• Strong proficiency in product analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working in agile development environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies like Design Thinking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be located in Brazil

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech products.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Product management certifications (e.g., PM3, Tera).
• Degree in Business, Accounting, or related fields.
