What you will do
- Define and implement marketing plans, tactics, and campaigns aligned with revenue growth and customer retention.
- Create and maintain portfolio-specific marketing and sales materials according to corporate design guidelines.
- Manage cross-functional marketing projects, ensuring stakeholder alignment and objective achievement.
- Develop communication strategies and value propositions to position the product portfolio.
- Implement lead generation measures using marketing automation, SEO, and event management.
- Manage the marketing budget and perform target audience segmentation.
Requirements
- Degree in marketing management or business administration.
- 5–7 years of professional experience in B2B industrial marketing.
- Proven track record of collaborating with product and sales organizations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Solutions.
- Business-fluent proficiency in German and English.
- Must be based in or able to work in Graz, Austria.
