What you will do

• Support financial planning and analyze key operational metrics for the Banking Division.
• Coordinate weekly OCR forecasts and monthly financial outlooks for revenue, margins, and expenditures.
• Prepare annual financial plans and manage headcount planning.
• Execute process improvements and handle monthly close activities, including journal entries and accruals.
• Manage sales quota setting, track actual results, and support bonus payments.
• Optimize inventory levels through demand planning and Pre Build processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related Business discipline.
• 5-10 years of related professional experience.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management.
• Must be based in Nicosia, Cyprus to support a hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Professional Certification such as ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CFA.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Power BI.
