What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices in Java for the core platform.
• Build and operate a workflow orchestration engine using Temporal to manage complex business processes.
• Architect fault-tolerant, distributed systems that ensure correctness and recoverability.
• Integrate AI agents and implement AI-based solutions to automate routing and decisioning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical specifications and system requirements.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to high-level technical decision-making.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks.
• Proven experience with Temporal or comparable workflow orchestration engines.
• Hands-on experience with microservices, multi-tenant solutions, and Kubernetes.
• Experience delivering scalable APIs and reliable backend services.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Krakow, Poland.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Node.js and TypeScript for tooling and performance testing.
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks like React or Vue.
