- Coordinate cross-functional projects to drive continuous improvements in the delivery experience.
- Identify and implement market innovations for superior and cost-effective delivery solutions.
Requirements
- Graduate degree with professional experience in customer-oriented logistics services.
- Profound knowledge of the Last Mile market and logistics operations.
- High analytical competence and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proven ability to manage projects and translate customer requirements into action.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
