What you will do

• Design and implement a cloud-native platform architecture on GCP.
• Build scalable guardrails for multi-team and multi-environment setups with strict compliance requirements.
• Create reusable infrastructure to enable self-service provisioning for engineering teams.
• Define cloud governance, including IAM strategies, organizational policies, and policy-as-code.
• Author design documents and represent technical divisions in cross-team and leadership forums.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with GCP and production-level Kubernetes.
• Advanced Terraform skills at the module-authoring level.
• Solid networking fundamentals, including VPC design, CIDR planning, and DNS.
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments such as SOC2 or PCI-DSS.
• Proficiency with GitOps methodology and observability stacks (metrics, logging, tracing).
• Must be based in Poland.

Nice to have

• Experience designing cloud foundations for large organizations rather than individual projects.
• Mindset focused on infrastructure as a product, including SLOs and developer experience.
• Ability to navigate the human side of platform work and secure buy-in across teams.
