What you will do

• Lead the design and operation of observability platforms for logs, metrics, traces, and alerts.
• Own large-scale telemetry pipelines using Kafka, Logstash, ElasticCloud, and Prometheus.
• Optimize Kubernetes-based observability services using Helm, GCP, and GKE.
• Define observability standards, dashboards, and alerting frameworks for engineering teams.
• Evaluate and adopt modern practices like OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing.
• Build a full end-to-end Synthetic Monitoring platform on GCP Spot machines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software or DevOps engineering with cloud expertise.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes and containerization (Docker).
• Extensive experience with Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Kafka, and Prometheus.
• Proficiency in IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or Go.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with OpenTelemetry Collector and Grafana Agent.
