What you will do

• Design and own strategy for user reward schemes at scale across behavior signals and market dynamics
• Architect real-time personalization systems for reward values operating at production scale
• Define detection and diagnosis systems for underperforming campaigns and build responsive systems
• Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact ML systems from problem framing to production and iteration
• Set technical standards for ML across the organization and raise quality of decisions
• Align ML roadmap with business value and partner with product and engineering leadership

Requirements

• Location: Must work on-site in Berlin, Germany
• Strong track record of independently delivering ambiguous, high-impact ML problems from first principles to production
• Deep expertise in statistics, causal inference, and experimentation at scale
• Mastery of Python and SQL with extensive cloud and production systems experience
• Experience setting technical direction and influencing engineering teams and senior stakeholders
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gaming KPIs such as pLTV, retention, and ROAS
