What you will do

• Code, calibrate, and scale Bayesian Media Mix Models (MMM) and ROI frameworks to unlock business insights.
• Build and maintain sophisticated econometric and statistical models (MMM, GMV, engagement) to quantify marketing impact.
• Design automated frameworks and reliability metrics for continuous model health monitoring.
• Develop intelligent data products using modern AI and automation to optimize model runtimes.
• Partner with Decision Scientists and Marketing leadership to translate model outputs into strategic business decisions.
• Maintain a high bar for code quality, rigorous validation, and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in advanced statistical, econometric, or time-series modelling.
• Strong foundation in advanced statistics, causal inference, and regression.
• High proficiency in Python for building modular, reproducible data products.
• Master’s or PhD degree in a highly quantitative discipline (Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Data Science, or similar).
• Ability to present complex technical topics to both technical and leadership audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing measurement or MMM.
• Familiarity with probabilistic programming (e.g., PyMC).
